About the Role
As an AI Transformation Associate Director, you will own the quality and delivery of complex AI transformation engagements. Working closely with our Directors and Managing Director of AI Transformation, you'll be a senior delivery person across both execution and proposal development, making sure what we deliver is excellent and what reaches clients reflects real strategic thinking.
You'll lead enterprise clients through the hard work of AI transformation: structuring transformation opportunities, business cases, roadmaps, designing operating models, building capability, and driving organizational change. You'll be in the room with senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions and making tough calls when things are ambiguous. And you'll bring credibility through practice, building your own AI workflows, tools, and automations. We believe the best people to lead AI transformation are those who live it themselves.
You're growing into full account ownership. You'll take increasing responsibility for client relationships, proposal development, and commercial growth, with real strategic backing from Directors above you.
What You Will Do
Lead AI Transformation Engagements
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream AI transformation programs.
- Structure approaches, set direction on your engagements, and define what good looks like.
- Navigate ambiguity with confidence, making decisions and keeping things moving without waiting for direction.
- Be a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders: lead workshops, manage stakeholder dynamics, and shape transformation agendas with support from Directors where needed.
Drive Proposals & Commercial Growth
- Contribute to proposal development and engagement scoping, growing into independent ownership over time.
- Identify expansion opportunities within accounts you're delivering on.
- Turn successful engagements into case studies, thought leadership, and reusable IP.
Pioneer AI & Start Developing the Team
- Champion AI-first ways of working through your own daily practice. Build your own tools and workflows.
- Begin mentoring and developing more junior team members across engagements.
- Hold high standards, give direct feedback, and give credit generously.

- High ownership- You don't wait to be told. You move things forward, take responsibility beyond your role, and stay resourceful in ambiguity. Typically 10+ years in management consulting or transformation advisory, with significant time owning delivery end-to-end.
- A drive for great results- You care about outcomes, not activity. You follow through. You find a way.
- Commercially sharp- You've grown accounts by shaping the right problems and structuring credible proposals. You understand how senior buyers evaluate feasibility, risk, and value.
- A genuine passion for AI- Not just strategically — you use it daily. You've built your own workflows, tools, or automations. You don't lead AI transformation from the sidelines.
