Novo Holdings is seeking an Associate to join the Planetary Health Investments’ Buyout team in Copenhagen. The team invests in market-leading businesses that contribute to a more sustainable and resource-efficient future. As an Associate, you will play a central role across the full investment lifecycle - from sourcing and evaluating opportunities, through transaction execution and due diligence, to active ownership and portfolio value creation.

The job
As an Associate, you will participate in all stages of the investment process, from origination and transaction execution to portfolio management and value creation. Key responsibilities include:
Given the lean and entrepreneurial nature of the team, Associates are expected to take ownership of workstreams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and contribute meaningfully to both new investments and portfolio company development.
The role is based in Copenhagen, hence relocation is not offered for this role.
