As a Campaign Manager in our EMEA team, you will have ownership of several university clients, alongside dedicated Account Managers. You will work directly with universities on their student recruitment goals, supporting their efforts and improving our collaboration. You will be confident in presenting results, attending meetings (in person and virtual) so your communication skills should be excellent. 

You’ll be intrinsically motivated to understand how international student recruitment works across the globe, engaging with the wider Client Success Team. You’ll be happy to get to grips with our systems and processes, be forthcoming with ideas on areas to improve, champion change and ultimately be an asset to Studyportals as a whole.

Your main responsibilities: 

We are looking for a Campaign Manager who will be working very closely with the EMEA team based in Bucharest and Eindhoven. You have the chance to be involved in creating reports for the online marketing campaigns and work with professionals in the international higher education industry. Also, you will: 

• Learn to use our systems and processes, to help with the campaigns implementations, monitoring and optimization

• Provide a detailed explanation of the campaign results to the client

• Constantly collaborate with the regional sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign renewal

• Develop lasting relationships with the university representatives to better fulfil their marketing needs for student recruitment 

• Use specific tools to manage the daily workload

• You preferably have a university degree in Business, Marketing or Communications (or any other relevant field) 

• Fluency in English is a must, both spoken and written 

• Good prioritization & time management skills 

• You are keen on developing yourself both professionally and as an individual 

• You have good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Detail-oriented with notable analytical and critical thinking skills 

• You are able to get in the shoes of prospective international students 

• You are a team player, comfortable with an international environment, committed to both hard work and fun 

• Work experience in a client-facing role such as sales/ account management is a plus
