Contract Type: 1-year fixed-term contract

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Ecosystem Activation

  • Build and nurture a strong, inclusive startup and innovation community within the campus.
  • Design and execute a year-round calendar of engagement activities (networking sessions, founder meetups, office hours, fireside chats, workshops, demo days).
  • Lead onboarding and welcome sessions for new founders, tenants, and visitors to ensure smooth integration into the community.
  • Maintain regular engagement with community members to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Capture community feedback and insights to inform programming decisions and improve the overall campus experience.

Programming & Event Support

  • Support the delivery of in-house and partner-led programs through coordination, logistics, and on-ground execution.
  • Act as the primary on-site point of contact for participants, mentors, speakers, and partners during programs and events.
  • Track attendance, engagement levels, and participant feedback across all activities.
  • Ensure programs and events meet agreed quality standards and align with strategic objectives.

Partner & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support day-to-day coordination with ecosystem partners, including corporates, government entities, academia, service providers, and innovation partners.
  • Assist in the execution of co-designed activities such as hackathons, bootcamps, innovation challenges, and networking events.
  • Maintain partner engagement trackers and contribute to regular updates shared with internal teams and partners.

Campus & Member Experience Support

  • Support smooth day-to-day community operations to ensure a welcoming, professional, and well-managed campus environment.
  • Coordinate space usage for community activities, events, and meetings as needed.
  • Act as a first point of contact for community-related inquiries and support requests, escalating issues when required.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of events, activities, attendance, and engagement metrics.
  • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports covering community engagement KPIs and qualitative impact.
  • Assist in conducting surveys and collecting feedback to assess satisfaction and service quality.

Must-Have

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging founders, partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, on-ground environments.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working in startup ecosystems, innovation hubs, accelerators, or youth-focused initiatives.
