Insight Timer is expanding its content library across sleep, meditation, yoga, and a range of other wellbeing topics. To support this growth, we’re looking for a Content Publishing Representative to help onboard teachers, fill content gaps, and ensure we have high-quality content across the platform.

This role sits at the intersection of teacher support, quality assurance, and operations. You’ll work directly with teachers to  help them set up profiles, upload content, meet quality guidelines, and feel supported throughout the process. Your work will directly contribute to building the largest wellbeing library, supporting millions of people worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and reach out to teachers and help onboard them and their content to the platform.
  • Review and publish audio and video content in line with Insight Timer’s content guidelines, quality standards and publishing timelines.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to teachers when revisions or adjustments are needed.
  • Guide teachers through audio and video uploads, including troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact so teachers feel supported and informed throughout the end-to-end publishing process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (publishing, product, support) to flag and resolve issues early.
  • People-oriented: Comfortable and confident on video calls with a diverse range of creators.
  • Strong communicator: Clear, warm, and professional written and spoken English.
  • Quality-focused: You ensure all published content meets Insight Timer’s guidelines and is safe and appropriate for a mental-health-focused audience.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Freshdesk, and content platforms.
  • Self-directed: Able to manage your time, priorities, and workload independently.
  • Adaptable & collaborative: Flexible, proactive, and a supportive team player.
  • Wellness-aligned: Experience in wellness, meditation, yoga, or mental health is a strong plus.
  • Availability required: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm (Manila time).
  • Reliable high-speed internet and personal equipment required.
