About the role
The Coordinator-Admin is responsible for delivering administrative, logistics, procurement, and security services, ensuring full compliance with organizational policies and government regulations. The role includes managing office operations, procurement processes, asset management, and supporting security functions. It also involves maintaining relationships with government bodies, NGOs, and international agencies, ensuring WaterAid’s activities comply with requirements from the NGO Affairs Bureau, relevant ministries, and immigration authorities.

The responsibilities outlined above may be subject to periodic review and revision in consultation with the line manager.
To be successful, you will need:
Education: Master’s in business administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration or equivalent degree. Professional certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is an added advantage.
Experience: At least 8-10 years relevant working experience with reputed organisation/NGO or INGO
Skills and knowledge: Good articulation, drafting, presentation and oral communication skills (Bangla and English). Knowledge of procurement planning, budgeting, progress tracking, decision-making, and report writing, particularly in procurement and administration.
Competencies: Strong management qualities and supportive attitude, able to gain confidence and support from others. Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with diverse groups. High personal integrity, flexible, transparent, proactive, and respectful of gender, diversity, and safeguarding. Capable of making effective decisions and promoting organizational values. Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and organizing tasks for oneself and others. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
