The Course Director is responsible for the creation, development, and successful launch of Platzi courses. This role ensures every course follows the Platzi Teaching Methodology, maximizes student retention, and connects directly to real market skills. The Course Director works across the entire lifecycle: syllabus design, teacher selection and coaching, production oversight, launch strategy, and continuous optimization based on data.
