About the Role

As the Director of Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business development teams to create and execute partnership strategies that align with our organizational goals. This role requires a leader who is not only a strategic thinker but also has hands-on technical experience, enabling you to engage deeply with partners on both business and technical levels. You will represent the company externally, build strong relationships, and ensure that our partnerships deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to support business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate new partnership opportunities with technology providers, enterprise clients, and industry leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless technical integrations and joint solution development.
  • Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and due diligence to contract negotiation and ongoing relationship management.
  • Analyze partnership performance, track key metrics, and report on outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Serve as a technical advisor in partnership discussions, leveraging your hands-on experience to address integration challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to enhance our brand and expand our network.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships in a technology-driven environment.
  • Hands-on technical experience, with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, architectures, and integration requirements.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business development teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth through collaboration.
  • Equivalent experience or relevant coursework to a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.

Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.

Salary Band
$170,000$225,000 USD
