About the Role

ImpactAlpha is seeking multiple Enterprise Account Executives to drive enterprise revenue through corporate subscriptions. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial ‘hunter’ mindset with a strong drive to identify and pursue new business opportunities, close deals, and surpass revenue goals. You’ll lead outreach and relationship-building with asset managers, asset owners, financial institutions, corporations, development finance institutions, nonprofits, universities, and service providers in the growing field of impact investing and sustainable finance.

This is a three-month contract position, with the potential for renewal and/or transition to full-time based on performance. The position is ideal for a self-starter eager to demonstrate quick wins and grow with a mission-driven media company.

The role carries a monthly booked revenue target of $50,000, with the expectation it may take time to ramp to this amount, and grow over time.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Pacing toward a $50K MRR target
  • Identifying and securing new enterprise clients for ImpactAlpha’s subscription.
  • Building and managing a pipeline of high-potential clients, including private banks, DFIs, foundations, consultants, and asset managers
  • Managing expansions with current clients
  • Collaborating with editorial and product teams to create tailored sales narratives and bundled offerings
  • Representing ImpactAlpha at virtual and in-person industry events

Required Skill-sets:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, subscriptions, memberships, or business development (media, financial services, or SaaS a plus)
  • Proven success closing deals and exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with the impact investing and sustainable finance ecosystem
  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills
  • A systems-oriented approach to sales: you log activity, test messaging, and iterate based on results
  • Comfort in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

Nice-to-have have:

  • Experience selling content, data, or SaaS solutions to financial institutions
  • A relevant network in the sustainable finance or investing space
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Piano and other CRM and subscription management platforms

Compensation and Structure

Contract compensation: $4,000/month + 10% commission on all closed revenue from new accounts, including expansions. High performers may be considered for a full-time role with salary, benefits, and growth opportunities.
