Role Summary
Platzi is looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to grow our enterprise customer base across Latin America. This role focuses on building relationships with large organizations, understanding their learning and development needs, and delivering tailored solutions through Platzi Business. You will own the full sales cycle with a strong emphasis on consultative selling and long-term partnership development.

๐ This position is based in California. In accordance with California's Pay Transparency Law (SB 1162), the base salary range for this role is $120,000โ$150,000 annually, plus commission. On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from $240,000โ$300,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
