Executive Assistant (Brazil)
Introduction
The Global Fund for a New Economy (GFNE) seeks an Executive Assistant to support our co-presidents. This role will be central to enabling smooth day-to-day operations across a globally distributed team, ensuring strong coordination, communication, and logistics. The Executive Assistant will serve as a core thought partner to the co-president and play a critical role in helping them operate effectively across languages, cultures, and time zones.

About the Role
The Executive Assistant will support across a range of operational, administrative, and logistical functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, fluent in both Portuguese and English, and comfortable managing shifting priorities in a global, remote-first environment. This is a dynamic role requiring strong judgment, clear communication, and an ability to stay several steps ahead.
