• Rotate across front of house, events and building management to build real, practical experience
• Welcome visitors and support a smooth, friendly reception experience
• Help plan and deliver events that bring our people together
• Support building checks, maintenance and health & safety processes
• Get involved in sustainability and utilities management initiatives
• Learn how to log, track and resolve building issues
• Work closely with different teams and stakeholders across the business

What you’ll need

• A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in learning
• Strong people skills and a customer-first mindset
• Previous customer service experience
• A desire to complete the Facilities Management Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence communicating with a range of people
• A proactive approach – happy to get stuck in and help out
• Confidence with tools like Outlook and Microsoft Teams

Role type: Permanent

Apprenticeship: Facilities Management Supervisor Level 3. This apprenticeship is designed to equip aspiring professionals with the advanced skills and knowledge needed to excel in the dynamic world of facilities management. This programme is ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers in facilities services, offering a blend of practical experience and theoretical learning.

Location: Our London hub (Monday - Friday)

Salary: £29,000, plus bonus

Working hours: Full time
