Summary
We’re looking for a Forward Deploy Engineer who lives at the intersection of engineering and client success. You’ll be embedded with our B2B partners understanding their needs, translating them into product improvements, and shipping solutions fast.
You won’t just gather feedback: you’ll build, iterate, and deploy directly in response to it, while helping clients get the most out of our AI-driven educational platform. This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, can navigate complex client relationships with empathy and clarity, and still wants to be hands-on in the codebase every day.
What you’ll do
Client & delivery
- Act as the technical point of contact for B2B partners
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client needs and pain points
- Translate client feedback into clear product or integration requirements
Communicate technical trade-offs in plain, confident language Engineering & AI
- Build and adapt product features based on real-time client feedback
- Design and iterate on LLM prompts and AI-powered content pipelines
- Integrate APIs and build lightweight frontend interfaces as needed
- Contribute to content generation tooling for educational products
What we’re looking for
Must-haves
- 2–4 years in a technical or client-facing engineering role
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Comfortable building with APIs and backend integrations
- Basic frontend skills (HTML, JS, or a modern framework)
- Strong written and verbal communication in Spanish and English (B2+)
- Creative eye for educational content quality
Nice to haves
- Experience with RAG pipelines and AI content generation workflows
- Background in edtech or online learning platforms
- Prior experience in customer success, solutions engineering, or similar
