In this role, you'll be at the heart of our HR operations, supporting our department with a range of duties from performance management and supporting our leadership team to office management support and administration. You'll also be the point of contact for our stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.

Responsibilities 

  • Support the performance management process 
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation 
  • Assist in occupational health and safety activities 
  • Stay current with employment laws and labour regulations 
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes 
  • Manage office operations and support event planning 
  • Act as a liaison with IT support and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and concerns 
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee issues promptly and effectively 
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives 
  • Provide administrative support to the Administrator 

We are looking for a new colleague who: 

  • Is detail-oriented, organized, and structured 
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English 
  • Has at least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in HR 
  • Is a true team player with a collaborative mindset 
  • Demonstrates trustworthiness, responsibility, and discretion 
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • Holds a valid Specialist Resurse Umane certificate (COR code 242314)
