Junior Analyst (student) for Novo Holdings’ Investment Operations Team

We are looking for a Junior Analyst (student) to support our activities in our Investment Operations Team, to support primarily our alternative investment process, our cash management processes, as well as being an operational support for our investment teams in private and public trading.

The Job 

As Junior Analyst, you will support the Investment Operations team on various tasks, including: 

• Being responsible for managing and supporting the team with our alternative investment setup (PE funds) – handling cash flows, capital account statements and performance reports 

• Supporting the cash management processes, including bank administration, onboardings, etc. 

• Supporting compliance requests from foreign banks and brokers (SEBI, SEC, etc.) 

• Ad hoc tasks within financial analysis of investment related data 

The Investment Operations Team is part of Finance & Operations, which consists of 73 colleagues (including 13 Junior Analysts), and you will enjoy the opportunity to be part of a dedicated, international, ambitious, and connected team that is driven by values, respect and appreciation for one another. 

The workload will be approximately 15-20 hours a week (at the Novo Holdings office) with flexibility in relation to your studies. 

Professional and Personal Qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate who: 

• As a minimum are on the final year of the bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration or related area 

• Possesses strong analytical skills and high level of accuracy and thoroughness in reviewing information, documentation and data  

• Works proactively and in a structured and independent manner 

• Has a strong sense of ethics and integrity to handle sensitive information responsibly 

• Has strong management skills to meet deadlines 

• Possesses strong English verbal and written skills 

• Is a team player who thrives in a collaborative and international work environment 

• Shows dedication in his/her work and a willingness to learn
