Description

Studyportals is the biggest educational search platform globally and our Client Success team needs support in our mission. Summary

During your 6 months internship, starting from October 1st, 2025, you will be working very closely with the entire North America team based in Boston and Monterrey. You have the chance to be involved in the implementation, kick-off, and management of the partnerships with our clients from the world’s top universities in North America and Canada.

We strongly encourage interns to bring in their own ideas and suggestions; you will also get the opportunity to have an impact on current projects together with a highly motivated, international team! You will have the opportunity to work alongside multiple other businesses and develop in a diverse office environment!

Your Challenge

  • Online promotional campaign implementation and monitoring.
  • Using specific tools to manage the daily workload.
  • Support the team creating newsletters, e-mail campaigns, online promotions, etc.
  • Research and analyse competitor marketing and sales materials.
  • Prepare presentations for management and clients.
  • Office Management: Help with tasks in office management and administration.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (ideally in the 7th-8th semester in the field of Business Development, Marketing/Communications, and/or Entrepreneurship).
  • Planned graduation date in 2026 or later.
  • A positive, self-motivated individual with a high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
  • You are a team player, comfortable with an international environment, committed to both hard work and fun.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic and creative.
  • Achieving a GPA of 3 or better.
  • Available to start on October 1st, 2025.
  • Professional skills development
  • A full-time internship position starting as soon as possible, for at least 6 months
