- Manage Public Digital's presence at external events, coordinating logistics, communications and follow-up activity to ensure a high-quality experience and strong business outcomes.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to understand their marketing and communications needs, providing advice on the most effective channels, campaigns and events to support their objectives.
- Manage and maintain our digital asset library, commissioning photography, videography and other creative content where required.
- Oversee the production, management and replenishment of marketing and event materials, including banners, publications, merchandise and promotional collateral.
- Measure and evaluate the success of events and marketing activity, producing reports and insights on key performance indicators such as attendance, engagement, lead generation and brand visibility.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on how to maximise the marketing, networking and business development opportunities presented by events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information about upcoming events across our communications channels, including our website, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive briefing materials for speakers, attendees and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
What we're looking for:

You'll be able to demonstrate:
- Experience planning and delivering successful in-person and/or virtual events.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
- Experience using marketing channels such as email, social media, websites and CRM platforms to promote events, campaigns or services.
- Experience working with external suppliers, agencies or event partners.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
