Tell me more

  • Shape how marketing performance is defined and measured across Virgin Red.
  • Connect marketing spend to incremental business outcomes, using a blend of modelling, testing and platform data to guide decisions.
  • Take a full-funnel view of performance, considering both short-term results and longer-term brand and loyalty impact.
  • Build and embed a clear approach to experimentation across paid, digital, CRM and lifecycle activity.
  • Work closely with Data, Analytics, Brand, Product and Technology teams to turn insight into action.
  • Challenge channel-first thinking and encourage more outcome-focused decision-making.
  • Help us get the best value from our media, platforms and marketing technology.

What you’ll need

  • Strong experience owning marketing performance or measurement in a B2C environment.
  • Experience linking marketing activity to business results, including growth, conversion and return on investment.
  • Solid knowledge of experimentation, incrementality and attribution, with good judgement when data isn’t perfect.
  • Experience working with data and technology teams to improve tracking, tagging, data quality and reporting foundations.
  • Experience in both growing or evolving brands and more established organisations, comfortable shaping structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
  • The ability to explain complex performance topics clearly and influence a range of stakeholders.

Role type: Permanent
Location: London hub (2-3 days per week) & your home space
Salary: £80,000 - £89,000 plus bonus - We're putting our salaries out there for everyone to see - no smoke and mirrors, just honest numbers. We'll offer a salary that matches your skills, always aiming for room to grow.
