ABOUT RESETTING THE TABLE

Resetting the Table (RTT) equips leaders and communities from every corner of American life with tools and skills to counter toxic polarization and build a shared future. Through rigorous training, courageous dialogue, and perspective-changing media content, we enable Americans to transform political differences into an engine of strengthened relationship, creative problem-solving, and collective insight. Informed by combined expertise in the fields of mediation, conflict transformation, trauma therapy, and social research, RTT’s road-tested framework has brought together more than 80,000 Americans in partnership with thousands of organizations in 49 states. Our methodology for building “healthy conflict” in communities is nationally recognized and highly sought after.

It's an exciting time to join RTT’s powerhouse team. We are entrepreneurs looking to transform this flammable moment in American history into connection, collaboration, and repair.
