ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Program Associate is instrumental in supporting the Beyond Petrochemicals (BPC) Team in administrative and program management functions. The Program Associate supports project management, scheduling and travel, event planning, and daily workflow to ensure that projects move forward in an efficient and timely manner. This is a full-time, remote, exempt position that reports to the Senior Program Associate.

TRAVEL: The position is remote with travel required. Ability to travel as needed, at minimum quarterly.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The salary range for this position is 65,000 - 75,000 per year, commensurate with experience. RLF offers an alternate Fridays off work schedule (employees work 40 hours one week, 32 hours the next week) and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan with a 5% match, and generous paid time off.
