About the Role
The Flat6Labs Program Manager | KSA oversees the operations and processes of the program’s startups, designing and implementing effective business strategies to position the program as a high-quality, leading ecosystem development initiative both locally and internationally. The role focuses on building relationships, establishing partnerships with local and international stakeholders, and ensuring program excellence.
The Program Manager is also responsible for managing the program team, leading the startup selection process, and tracking the progress of participating startups, while providing both virtual and on-ground support when required.
This is a one-year contract role based in KSA.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, drive, and implement the program strategy and cycles.
- Establish effective project management and monitoring mechanisms to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide periodic progress reports to management.
- Ensure the Flat6Labs process is followed and well communicated to all team members.
- Identify partnership opportunities and oversee the establishment of local and international collaborations.
- Manage the program budget and supervise financial control of spending and procurement.
- Build and maintain a network of support partners, including financial, non-financial, and development agencies.
- Define business objectives and goals in coordination with management and ensure their successful execution.
- Report program and startup status to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Effectively manage the program team, foster collaboration, and ensure orientation on Flat6Labs processes.
- Strengthen engagement with the local startup ecosystem by building partnerships and sourcing entrepreneurs in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure the program and its events are well promoted locally and to maximize outreach to potential entrepreneurs.
- Build and sustain strong relationships within the regional entrepreneurial community.
- Lead and coordinate the full startup selection process, from application review to filtration, interviews, bootcamp shortlisting, and final Selection Committee presentations.
- Oversee training and mentorship programs, and recruit high-quality mentors, trainers, and speakers.
- Manage and coordinate the online platform with internal and external teams, ensuring smooth setup of content, curriculum, CRM, and interface.
- Set goals and milestones for startups and monitor their progress closely.
- Support startups in structuring and refining their investor pitches and presentations.
- Nominate high-potential startups for follow-on funding opportunities.
- Supervise the planning and logistics of all program events, including preparing invitee lists and coordinating with potential investors and guests.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in entrepreneurship, operations or business management.
- Bachelor's Degree in business management or related discipline.
- Excellent English & Arabic language skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills.
- Excellent command of productivity software, presentation, word processing & number tools.
