We’re looking for a Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of complex, consumer-facing projects within Virgin Red.

You’ll initially pick up ongoing work with one of our key retail partners, helping drive delivery forward while bringing structure, pace and clarity. You’ll work across digital, commercial and operational teams to make sure projects land on time, within scope and aligned to our strategy.

  • Lead and shape individual projects, ensuring alignment to wider programme and strategic goals
  • Initially take ownership of ongoing retail partner work and drive it forward with confidence
  • Define scope, objectives and deliverables with sponsors and stakeholders
  • Establish and strengthen governance, structures and controls as we continue to scale
  • Lead cross-functional teams across technology, commercial, legal, marketing and operations
  • Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, keeping momentum high
  • Manage budgets, suppliers and resources to deliver value

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience delivering digital or consumer-led projects in fast-paced environments
  • Retail or loyalty industry experience would be ideal. We’re hiring across digital and business transformation projects, so experience in either area would be beneficial
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners
  • Confidence working in evolving environments where processes and structures are still evolving
  • A blend of structured project management and practical agile delivery experience
  • The ability to create clarity, rhythm and control without relying on heavy process
  • Resilience, sound judgement and a calm head when priorities shift

Role type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract, full-time
Location: London – Whitfield Studios/Hybrid & your home space
Salary: £66,000-73,500 plus bonus - We're putting our salaries out there for everyone to see - no smoke and mirrors, just honest numbers. We'll offer a salary that matches your skills, always aiming for room to grow.
