About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Brand Partnerships Coordinator to prospect and schedule meetings with marketing and media decision-makers at enterprise brands and agencies. This role is focused on building a qualified pipeline for advertising and branded content partnerships across Big Think’s platform.
This is a highly autonomous role for someone who thrives on ownership, persistence, and building relationships from scratch, and who has experience operating in a media or advertising sales environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify enterprise-level brands and media agency partners aligned with Big Think’s audience and editorial voice
- Develop and execute tailored outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage senior marketing leaders and decision-makers
- Leverage AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate prospect research, personalize outreach at scale, and streamline pipeline workflows
- Book qualified sales meetings for the Senior Director of Brand Partnerships
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and performance metrics in Salesforce
What You’ll Need:
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably within a media company, publisher, agency, or advertising environment
- Demonstrated success prospecting into enterprise organizations and scheduling with senior executives
- Hands-on experience using AI agents and assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable tools) in a professional context — for research, writing, workflow automation, or productivity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment

Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Senior Director of Brand Partnerships.
Salary Range: $80,000-$115,000
