To achieve its ambition of serving 80,000-100,000 Fellows over the next decade, Braven is hiring a Senior Coordinator, Program Operations, who will support the Greater Boston team in successfully running Braven’s Leadership & Career Accelerator course (the Accelerator). In this role, you will be part of the engine behind our work with our Higher Education Partner. This role will help ensure smooth program logistics and provide other administrative support as assigned.
This role is part of the Greater Boston regional team and reports directly to the Senior Director of the Greater Boston Region.
Coordinate Logistics for the Accelerator (80%)
Support Fellow Events and Regional Team Activities (10%)

The salary for this position, which depends on prior work experience and our assessment of your demonstrated fit for the role, will likely be between $47,000-$58,700. This is based on a 50-hour work week at an hourly rate. This is a full-time, regular, non-exempt, and benefits-eligible position where you will be working at 100% capacity. Braven offers competitive base salaries based on the midpoint of the market among not-for-profit organizations of similar size, with opportunities for salary growth over time. We believe in compensating staff members fairly in relation to each other, their qualifications, and their impact on behalf of the organization, and take internal and external equity seriously. Location
We gather on-site at least three days per week (on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and often work remotely two days per week (although certain commitments may adjust this schedule from time to time). This is an in-person position, and the person must live in the Greater Boston area. We believe in the magic, connection, and collaboration that happens when people work together face-to-face, and we believe in giving people flexibility to focus, balance personal priorities, and save themselves two commutes per week.
