The South Africa Senior Learning Manager will play a central part in working with partners to roll out our programmes across schools nationwide and ensure high-quality, inclusive, and impactful learning experiences. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, this role oversees the design and delivery of evidence-based learning content, supports the application of our teaching and learning principles, and drives continuous improvement through research, user insight, and quality assurance. They provide day-to-day leadership and line management for a small team of learning managers ensuring effective delivery and supporting their professional development. The role also involves extensive collaboration, maintaining strong relationships with external partners, and representing the Foundation through thought leadership at events, and in professional networks.
We are looking for an experienced computing educator with deep expertise in computer science and a strong track record of designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences. You will bring substantial teaching experience, a clear understanding of evidence-based pedagogy, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently. Collaborative, organised, and committed to inclusive and accessible education, you’ll play a key role in shaping impactful learning for a wide range of learners.
