  • Lead program design and refinement, using participant feedback, ecosystem insights and performance data to improve content and results.
  • Anticipate delivery risks, resolve escalated issues and maintain high standards of participant experience and operational compliance.

Startup sourcing, selection and growth

  • Lead startup outreach, application screening, selection processes and assessment panels, ensuring transparent criteria and a strong pipeline of relevant ventures.
  • Conduct needs assessments, startup progress reviews and development plans; intervene where teams require additional strategic or operational support.
  • Guide startups on business models, growth strategy, pitching and investment readiness, and oversee Demo Day preparation and investor engagement.

Mentorship, training and ecosystem engagement

  • Set the expertise standards for training, mentorship and coaching; recruit and engage high-quality mentors, experts, trainers and speakers.
  • Oversee matching of startups with mentors, monitor the effectiveness of sessions and adjust delivery based on feedback and identified needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, corporates, educational institutions, ecosystem organisations and other strategic partners to generate meaningful opportunities for startups.

Partnership and stakeholder management

  • Serve as a senior point of contact for program partners and key external stakeholders; manage expectations, communication, deliverables and escalations.
  • Coordinate with internal functions and regional peer programs to share expertise, mobilise resources and ensure consistent delivery across the Flat6Labs network.
  • Represent Flat6Labs at program activities, industry events and partner meetings when required.

Performance, budgets and reporting

  • Achieve the program’s set KPIs, monitor startup progress tracking, participant outcomes and data quality.
  • Develop clear management and partner reports that communicate achievements, challenges, lessons learnt and corrective actions.
  • Communicate clear program budgets expenditures and track activity costs.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date program documentation, startup records, mentor databases and communication materials, collaborating with marketing as needed.

  • At least 6-9 years of relevant experience in program management, business operations, entrepreneurship support, accelerators or related fields, including experience owning complex programs end to end.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple external partners.
  • Strong understanding of startups, business development, the investment ecosystem and the practical challenges faced by early-stage founders.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, track KPIs, and produce high-quality reports.
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; able to prioritise and deliver under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, economics, entrepreneurship or a related discipline; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Active engagement with the startup and entrepreneurship ecosystem is strongly preferred.
