The Rippleworks Capital team is responsible for deploying ~$70 million annually. The Senior Associate will play a key role on the Rippleworks Capital team, contributing to the execution of our venture-friendly, equitable investment process that evaluates and recommends impactful grant and debt investments. This role is designed to further develop expertise in social impact investing and philanthropy, while making meaningful contributions to the team’s objectives. The Senior Associate will work in close collaboration with the team, taking ownership of defined workstreams and supporting the execution of the team’s strategy.
Specifically, you will:
- Support the Capital team across sourcing, diligence, portfolio management, and monitoring.
- Assist in the development of materials and analyses to support the team’s efforts in piloting and executing new products and services for the investment portfolio.
- Contribute to diligence and portfolio management by conducting research and coordinating with aligned investors, referral partners, and ventures.
- Manage the monitoring process and support in collecting, organizing, and analyzing portfolio data to inform learnings and strengthen venture progress toward impact goals.
- Contribute to team operations and organizational initiatives that advance Rippleworks’ mission and culture.

Qualifications
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience, with at least two years of experience supporting a social impact investment portfolio (e.g., supporting the due diligence process to make investment recommendations)
- Experience building authentic relationships with key stakeholders and knowledge of the social impact ecosystem
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including experience interacting with impact investors and social venture leaders
- Strong organizational, analytical, and research skills (including strong comfort monitoring portfolio data and working with financial and non-financial data)
- Track record of executing and delivering quality results
- Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Earn a salary of $131,000.00 with robust benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) + employer match, holidays, flexible PTO, wellness, and remote-work stipends. While Rippleworks has one global salary structure, the salary listed here reflects employees on US payroll. To keep total rewards equitable across countries, salaries may be adjusted if hiring in a country where employer-paid compulsory benefits are significantly more robust and costly than in the US.
