Trickle Up is seeking an experienced technology development partner to design and deliver Coach Up Version 2, a digital coaching platform aimed at strengthening community coaching for people living in extreme poverty. The system will include an offline-first Android mobile app, a web-based content management system (CMS), and real-time integration with Trickle Up’s MIS.
The consultant/vendor will transform storyboards into gamified, interactive training content, build a modular and scalable CMS, and enable customizable multilingual surveys, offline data collection, and analytics dashboards. The solution must be low-bandwidth optimized, user-friendly for low-literacy groups, and configurable without requiring app redeployment.
Scope of Work:
Develop a web-based CMS and admin panel to manage content, logic, surveys, and user roles.
Build an Android app supporting gamified training, offline use, multilingual content, and participant tracking.
Deliver secure two-way MIS integration via APIs.
Provide real-time dashboards, reporting, and analytics tools.
Produce UX/UI prototypes, technical documentation, training materials, and a pilot implementation report.
Handover full source code, documentation, and IP rights to Trickle Up.
