We exist because we know that education should not be a privilege reserved for the few, but a right available to everyone, regardless of their background or location. We have helped over 100, 000 students find the right university and currently provide access to 500+ universities in 40+ study destinations around the globe.

To build strategic university relationships that drive enrollments (Craydel's North Star Metric) and deliver value to Craydel’s learners
Secure value from university partners (e.g. sponsorships for events, volume-based incentives, etc.)
Deliver value to university partners (e.g. share monthly insights, organize trainings, etc.)
Drive operational excellence (e.g. escalate challenges from Craydel’s Admissions team, provide regular updates on applicants, etc.)
Enable Product and Marketing (e.g. document unique university value propositions)
Expand strategically (e.g. identify and sign universities with current or projected demand)
You have 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment such as a start-up
You have experience studying and living abroad (outside of Africa) - this is a must-have!
You have excellent communication skills
You are great at building relationships and thinking on your feet. You have no problem making small talk with people you’ve never met before and make a great first impression
You are very organized and thrive on creating and updating trackers
You are curious and love getting and implementing feedback
You are a self-starter who can take ownership and deliver results with limited supervision
You are an entrepreneur at heart and have led your own business or side hustle
You are passionate about Craydel’s mission and are motivated by helping learners
