Rippleworks Projects: Rippleworks leads short-term, high-impact projects where social ventures address key operational challenges through customized engagement that pair ventures with industry-leading executives who bring deeply relevant entrepreneurial experience. 

Expert Office Hours:  60-minute sessions designed to provide timely support for core business needs. These short sessions help ventures get practical advice and collectively problem solve to get unstuck or overcome a challenge with an Expert.

Rippleworks Leaders Studio: Rippleworks designs and delivers practical, interactive, expert-led learning sessions designed specifically for social venture leaders who are seeking to learn and grow. Rippleworks partners with leading industry executives to run interactive, results-driven learning programs where social venture leaders gain the critical skills they need to deliver impact at scale. 

Rippleworks Capital: Rippleworks provides hard-to-find capital required for scale (grants and investments in the $1M-$3M range) to 50+ ventures working in 80+ countries.

The Venture Success team ensures the Rippleworks portfolio of social ventures experience a deeply supportive and impactful partnership with Rippleworks. We aim to have every venture have the capacity and funding they need to deliver greater impact. The Venture Success Partner role acts as the primary point of contact, thought-partner, advocate, and connector - matching venture needs with the right Rippleworks programs and capital. In this role, you’ll combine deep relationship-building with strategic support to help ventures navigate their challenges and maximize the value they gain from Rippleworks. 

This role supports ventures across time zones, primarily East Africa, India, and Asia, and requires availability during reasonable business hours in East Africa and India.

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of at least 40 ventures, building deep, trust-based relationships with  leadership teams. Be responsible for timely and effective follow ups.
  • Strategic Coaching: Provide thought partnership and tailored guidance to help ventures clarify goals, navigate challenges, and make the most of their partnership with Rippleworks.
  • Feedback & Insight Gathering: Actively collect and synthesize venture feedback surface emerging venture needs and inform program development.
  • Program Engagement: Ensure ventures understand, access, and effectively use Rippleworks’ programs, tools, and resources to support their growth and increase their impact.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to navigate venture requests through the organization, share venture insights, and advocate for venture needs while balancing organizational resources. 
  • Shaping How We Work: Contribute to growth, practices, and culture of the Venture Success team as we build and evolve this new function. 

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in or advising social ventures (nonprofit and/or for-profit)
  • Experience in operations, growth/expansion, strategy, or equivalent in a mission driven organization. 
  • Strong track record of building trust with diverse stakeholders across cultures and geographies.
  • Energized by building long-term relationships’—you’re a natural coach and advocate, you build rapport quickly.
  • An operator at heart and in practice: you have worked in fast-moving, collaborative, resource-constrained environments and understand how organizations grow. 
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of follow-through.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, empathetic, and proactive.
