Success in either role requires more than responding to tickets, we're looking for people who proactively identify data quality issues, process gaps, and configuration or integration improvements within their area, and escalate changes that impact core architecture.
What You'll Do:

- Partner with People Operations and Talent stakeholders to identify recurring pain points, manual processes, and automation opportunities
Focus area 2: Integrations, Studio & Projects
- Monitor and support inbound and outbound Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio integrations, APIs/Web Services, scheduled file feeds, and vendor interfaces
- Build and maintain Workday Studio integrations; partner with IT and third-party vendors on integration troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- Serve as lead administrator for the Workday Projects module (Finance SKU), configuring Business Processes, security, and reporting to support Staffing and Program Management
