OVERVIEW
This position is based within the Finance team at the NP Headquarters in Geneva, which plays a central role in supporting NP’s global operations. As part of an internal reorganization aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing team efficiency, we are seeking additional support for day-to-day financial tasks.
This part-time role offers a great opportunity for someone looking to contribute to an international, collaborative, and purpose-driven environment, while playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of financial operations.
JOB SUMMARY
The Accounting assistant will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of our organization. Working closely with the Global Finance Team, you will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, managing cash and bank accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures, and donor regulations.
The Accounting assistant will report to the Global Financial Controller and will work closely with other global finance colleagues as well as other departments within the organization.
