Role Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will report to the Accounts, Office & Personnel Manager in support of our organizational mission of accelerating health equity globally. The Administrative Assistant will primarily be responsible for general office upkeep and cleanliness, taking care of patients who visit the office, and preparing for events.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain neatness and cleanliness of office
  • Help prepare for events by gathering materials and packing them in boxes
  • Greet and communicate with patients who visit the office
  • Record patient names and phone numbers on the register
  • Serve patients eatables (ex. tea, coffee, juice, etc.)
  • Keep track of BCR ABL reimbursement documents and send checks via post office to beneficiaries
  • Support other team members, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Two-plus years of work experience in a professional setting, international or non-profit experience a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel and MS Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced, growing organization
  • Collaborate effectively with team-members across all departments
