The AI Strategy Leader is the enterprise owner of this vision. They define where and how AI creates value, build alignment with leadership, and ensure we invest in the right AI initiatives responsibly and intentionally.

How You Will Contribute- This role ensures that strategy, execution, and capability-building move in lockstep. The Strategy Leader also connects the network — Stand Together, i360, and Koch AI transformation partners — to drive shared learning, coordinated investment, and enterprise alignment.
What You Will Bring- Enterprise AI Strategy & Roadmap
- Lead development of the end-to-end enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
- Own the enterprise AI portfolio, ensuring alignment with mission, priorities, and value creation.
- Establish prioritization frameworks and build-vs-buy strategies to guide responsible investment.
- Balance quick organizational wins with long-term, transformative initiatives.
- Leadership & Cross-Enterprise Alignment
- Lead and mentor the AI Delivery Leader and AI Enablement Leader.
- Align AI strategy with business priorities, domain needs, and resource planning.
- Serve as a strategic partner to i360 and Koch AI transformation teams to drive coordinated innovation and shared learning.
- Facilitate executive-level engagement to build shared understanding and sustained buy-in.
- Governance & Responsible AI
- Establish and champion responsible AI principles, governance pathways, and ethical frameworks.
- Ensure AI initiatives uphold organizational values, fairness, transparency, security, and accountability.
- Partner with compliance, legal, and data governance leaders to ensure standards are consistently applied.
- Performance Measurement & ROI
- Develop enterprise AI KPIs tied to mission and business outcomes.
- Measure and report AI ROI, effectiveness, adoption, and learning outcomes.
- Showcase how internal AI initiatives support innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
- Thought Leadership & Cultural Enablement
- Serve as the enterprise voice and advocate for responsible, mission-aligned AI adoption.
- Build AI literacy across leadership and teams to improve decision-making and confidence.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and empowered bottom-up innovation.
- Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.
