About the FARM team

The Food Systems, Agriculture, and Climate Resilience Management (FARM) team at Busara applies behavioral science to improve food systems, agricultural productivity, climate resilience, and sustainable livelihoods, particularly across the Global South.

The team works closely with governments, multilateral organizations, NGOs, and private-sector partners to design, test, and scale evidence-based interventions that address challenges such as food security, climate adaptation, farmer decision-making, and sustainable consumption.

Analysts in the FARM team support applied research, data collection and analysis, and the translation of insights into practical recommendations that inform policies and programs.

About the role:

The Analyst will support research, advisory, and project delivery activities across ongoing engagements at the FARM Team. Working closely with Senior Analysts, Associates, and Project Leads, the Analyst will contribute to research preparation, data collection and cleaning, analysis support, and the production of high-quality project deliverables.

This role is designed for early-career professionals seeking to build a strong foundation in applied behavioral research, project execution, and client-facing work under close supervision.
