JOB SUMMARY
Who you will work with
The Associate, Grantmaking Operations works under the supervision of the Director, Grantmaking Operations as a member of the Grantmaking Operations Team and closely with the U.S. Jewish Grantmaking Portfolio.
Where and how you will work
Schusterman employees work a weekly hybrid schedule with a mix of in-office time and work-from-home flexibility. For this role, you’ll need to be based in Washington, DC (preferred) or New York, NY. This is a full-time position. Please note that Schusterman does not cover relocation expenses for this position.
WHAT YOU WILL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
The Associate, Grantmaking Operations supports the Director, Grantmaking Operations to provide grantmaking support to the U.S. Jewish portfolio, ensure compliance with legal requirements for grantmaking and work with a variety of teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness for our grantmaking teams. The Associate will have broad exposure to grantmaking practices, deep work in our technical systems and support our technology team in improving our grantmaking systems. Our ideal candidate will be a project manager who can multitask and manage competing priorities, while providing excellent support to the portfolio.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS OF WORKING AT SCHUSTERMAN
This role features a competitive hiring range of $82,500-$95,000 based on experience and Schusterman’s commitment to internal equity. We offer a strong benefits package to support employee health and well-being, including medical, dental, vision, retirement and mental health support.
