About the Role
IDinsight seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Associate or Senior Associate, Fundraising & Database Administration to join our dynamic global External Affairs team. This role offers an opportunity to strengthen IDinsight’s fundraising systems and processes, support donor stewardship, and contribute directly to resource mobilization that advances our mission.
As a key member of our External Affairs team, the Fundraising and Database Associate or Senior Associate will play a vital role in sustaining and expanding the partnerships and donor relationships that make this work possible. By strengthening our fundraising systems, helping steward important donor relationships, and powering our knowledge infrastructure, you will directly contribute to advancing evidence-based solutions that tackle some of the world’s most pressing challenges.

Nuts & bolts
Location
This position can be based in any of IDinsight’s regional offices: Dakar, Senegal; Delhi, India; Lusaka, Zambia; Manila, Philippines; Nairobi, Kenya; or Rabat, Morocco. This position is also eligible for remote work from the United States and must have at least 4 hours of overlap with US East Coast time. IDinsight is not able to sponsor work authorization for this role. Successful candidates will not require IDinsight to sponsor their work authorization at the office where they'll be based.
Start date
The start date of this position is May 2026, with preference for candidates who can start immediately. We expect a minimum one-year commitment, with regular professional development conversations and the potential for a long-term career at IDinsight.

Compensation and benefits are commensurate with the qualifications and experience IDinsight is hiring for and are competitive within the global development sector.
