WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Per Scholas seeks an Associate, Admissions and Enrollment Management, to drive the successful enrollment and onboarding of learners across Career Accelerator’s growing portfolio of technical training programs. This role manages an assigned portfolio of accepted learners from offer acceptance through enrollment, ensuring learners complete all required milestones and are fully prepared to begin their programs. You will serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the enrollment journey, providing proactive communication, removing barriers, and delivering a seamless, learner-centered experience.
You are a highly organized, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by measurable enrollment goals. You build trust quickly, communicate with clarity and consistency, and can effectively manage a high volume of learner interactions while maintaining strong attention to detail. You will maintain accurate learner and pipeline data in Salesforce, proactively identify enrollment risks, and collaborate across Admissions & Enrollment, instructional, operations, and other teams to ensure successful cohort launches. This is an execution-focused role for someone energized by helping learners take the next step toward career mobility while contributing to the growth and operational excellence of Career Accelerator.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learner Enrollment & Onboarding
- Manage an assigned portfolio of accepted learners from offer acceptance through enrollment and program start.
- Guide learners through required enrollment milestones, including seat acceptance, agreements, documentation, technology, employment, and payment verification.
- Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, SMS, and virtual meetings to maintain learner engagement and momentum.
- Build strong learner relationships and serve as a trusted resource throughout enrollment and onboarding.
- Respond to learner questions and proactively identify and resolve barriers that may delay enrollment.
- Monitor learner progress against deadlines and intervene when learners are at risk of missing milestones.
- Communicate program expectations, requirements, deadlines, next steps, and associated financial, technology, scheduling, and other commitments.
Pipeline & Enrollment Management
- Manage learner pipelines to achieve enrollment, seat-fill, and cohort-readiness goals.
- Monitor pipeline performance, identify risks and gaps, and escalate issues requiring intervention.
- Participate in daily pipeline reviews and provide insights on enrollment trends and barriers.
- Support cohort launches by ensuring enrollment and onboarding targets are met.
- Collaborate with team members to balance portfolios and maintain consistent coverage across programs.
Salesforce & Admissions Operations
- Maintain accurate, timely learner records and pipeline statuses in Salesforce.
- Document learner activity, enrollment milestones, barriers, and next steps in accordance with established processes.
- Execute workflows outlined in the Admissions & Enrollment Playbook and use Salesforce to monitor individual and cohort-level progress.
- Support data integrity and reporting by identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Contribute to improvements in admissions and enrollment processes, workflows, and systems.
Learner Experience & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Deliver a consistent, professional, and learner-centered enrollment experience across Career Accelerator programs.
- Collaborate with Admissions & Enrollment, Instructional, Operations, Product, Curriculum, and other teams to support successful cohort launches.
- Communicate learner readiness, enrollment risks, and emerging issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Share learner insights and recurring barriers to inform improvements to programs, communications, and enrollment processes.
- Support special projects and operational initiatives that strengthen the learner experience and enrollment outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO US
Admissions, Enrollment & Customer Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, recruiting, customer success, inside sales, student services, workforce development, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
- Experience managing a learner or customer portfolio, pipeline, or caseload.
- Proven ability to build rapport, proactively engage individuals, and work toward measurable goals or performance targets.
Communication & Learner Engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with diverse learners.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and sound judgment when navigating challenging learner interactions.
- Responsive, proactive, and committed to delivering a high-quality learner experience.
Systems & Operational Excellence
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM, student information, or applicant tracking systems preferred.
- Comfortable using data and technology to manage workflows, maintain accurate records, and execute established processes.
- Adaptable and improvement-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities to strengthen processes and systems.

COMPENSATION
For this role specifically, we are targeting a salary range of $45,000 - $50,000 where the difference in salary is typically determined by several factors, including geography in which the selected candidate resides, and alignment with qualifications and experience.

Holidays & PTO: Full-Time Per Scholas team members enjoy over 40 days of paid time off each year through a mix of holidays, vacation, and sick/personal time! All employees are eligible for Holiday pay upon hire (a total of 22 holidays annually, including a week off for Independence day and a week before the New Year). Full-Time Benefits Eligible employees also receive 80 Wellness Hours to use for Sick, Safe, or Personal reasons and accrue Vacation at a rate of 8 hours at the beginning of every month, supporting rest, recharge, and work-life balance. Vacation accruals increase with tenure. Part-time employees are afforded time off on a prorated basis and in accordance with local requirements.
Comprehensive Medical Coverage: Benefit eligible employees can choose from multiple medical plans through Cigna or Kaiser Permanente (where available), with options to fit your needs. Eligible employees also have access to a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) that reimburses eligible out-of-pocket expenses, up to $4,000 for individuals and $8,000 for families.
Dental and Vision Insurance: Eligible employees can select from two dental plan options and a vision plan. Employees who waive medical coverage receive employer paid dental and vision premiums.
Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with a current 100% employer match on contributions up to 6%, eligible employees are offered entry and full vesting after 90 days with the company.
