The Fund targets opportunities across the full AI value chain—including digital hubs and AI factories, compute hardware, power transmission, and strategic adjacencies—positioning Brookfield to capitalize on the transformative growth of AI technologies. The Fund builds on Brookfield’s leadership in infrastructure and deep operating capabilities to scale critical AI subsectors (data centers, power and wireless infrastructure) to capitalize on the over $7-trillion opportunity of investment in physical infrastructure required to support the $10-trillion potential productivity gain from AI adoption. The Fund, with a once in a generational opportunity to build the backbone of AI, has initially been built out by a dedicated team drawn from Brookfield’s infrastructure group, including senior executives with experience in recent data center acquisitions. Key strategic principles include: Focus on high-quality real assets or highly contracted businesses that underpin AI.
