ALX Africa is seeking an Automation Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable automation systems that support our sales, marketing, and operational teams.
This role will focus on developing reliable integrations and automation workflows that connect multiple systems, streamline internal processes, and accelerate go-to-market operations. The Automation Developer will work closely with CRM and Automation Specialists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions using modern automation orchestration platforms.
The ideal candidate is a strong technical builder who enjoys solving complex integration challenges and developing scalable automation frameworks that power operational efficiency.
This role is a full-time position.
Work Hours
The required work hours are 40hrs per week.

Due to the considerable amount of virtual working and interaction with colleagues and customers in different physical locations internationally, it is essential that the successful applicant has the drive and ethic to succeed working in small teams physically but in larger efforts virtually.
