ABOUT THE ROLE
The Brand Activation & Recruitment Associate will play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and learner acquisition in Morocco.
You will be responsible for executing brand activation initiatives, supporting recruitment campaigns, managing on-the-ground presence, and ensuring strong follow-up across the funnel. This role requires someone who can independently manage projects, prioritize effectively, and proactively check in with their manager when needed.
You will collaborate closely with the Recruitment & Marketing Specialist, LCE team, and Partnerships team to ensure recruitment strategies are cohesive and aligned with broader organizational goals.

This role is hybrid. The selected candidate will be expected to work both remotely and in-person at the ALX hub in Casablanca. Availability to attend events, activations, and partner meetings in person is required. Success in this role requires strong self-management, proactive communication, and the ability to operate effectively within both small in-person teams and larger virtual collaborations across the ALX network.
