The Role We Need:

PadSplit is growing fast, and we need a strong technical foundation to scale with us. We’re hiring a Cloud Platform Engineer to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, optimize performance, and ensure our backend systems are secure and reliable. This role is key to improving our AWS environment, PostgreSQL databases, and DevOps workflows so we can continue building a platform that makes affordable housing more accessible.

We need a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in AWS, PostgreSQL, and Python/Django—someone who loves solving complex technical challenges and making systems faster, more resilient, and more scalable. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and excited about shaping our cloud architecture for our next phases of growth. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and enjoy working cross-functionally to drive meaningful impact, this role is for you!
