The Information Technology Operations Division of Human Rights Watch (HRW) seeks a Collaboration Experience Manager.
The Collaboration Experience Manager leads the team that oversees our internal collaboration and knowledge sharing platforms and is responsible for the successful management and adoption of these tools across the organization in close collaboration with the Director of IT Operations and other internal and external parties.
This role will be based within commuting distance of the following HRW offices, and must be willing to work from the office on an as-needed basis: Amsterdam, Beirut, Berlin, Brussels, Chicago, Johannesburg, London, Los Angeles, Nairobi, New York, San Francisco, São Paulo, Stockholm, Toronto, Washington D.C.

Qualifications
Education: A level of education that, when combined with professional experience, demonstrates the ability to contribute meaningfully to HRW's Information Technology Operations Division. Candidates with relevant academic qualifications or industry certifications are encouraged to apply, but these are not required.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Salary and Benefits: HRW seeks exceptional applicants and offers comprehensive compensation and benefits. If based in the United States, the salary range for this role is US$ 80,000 - US$ 88,000. If based in Toronto, the salary range for this role is CAD 100,000 - 110,000. Salary ranges in other locations vary according to local salary market data and are not a direct conversion of the ranges listed here.
