  • Build and nurture partnerships that deliver long-term value for Virgin Red and our members.
  • Work closely with existing Virgin companies and external brands to identify fresh commercial opportunities.
  • Lead the development of new propositions that expand our earn and spend network.
  • Analyse partner performance, tracking results and insights to shape future strategy.
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, product and data to deliver seamless member experiences.
  • Stay curious about what’s next — from trends in loyalty to new ways to reward our members.

What you’ll need

  • Strong experience in business development, partnerships or commercial management, ideally within loyalty, rewards or a similar consumer-focused environment.
  • A confident negotiator who can build rapport and secure partnerships that deliver mutual benefit.
  • A sharp commercial mind — you’re comfortable with numbers, but you also see the bigger picture.
  • Experience translating strategy into action, from idea generation through to delivery and measurement.
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial energy and curiosity — you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, spotting trends and making bold moves.

The extra details

Role type: Contract (12 months)
Location: London hub (1-2 days per week, plus visits to our clients’ offices) & your home space
Salary: £58,000 - £67,000 plus bonus - We're putting our salaries out there for everyone to see - no smoke and mirrors, just honest numbers. We'll offer a salary that matches your skills, always aiming for room to grow.
