About EJM Associates, LLC (EJM)
EJM Associates is a strategic consulting firm founded and directly managed by former Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz. We advise clients on a range of energy policy, innovation, and security issues to help them navigate the transition to a global clean energy economy.
This role may be expected to perform work for EJM, consistent with their job description.
Summary
EFIF offers Internships to individuals who are pursuing a communications-related degree (energy/environment emphasis a plus) or a Fellowship to individuals who are pursuing or who have completed an advanced (post-undergraduate) degree. This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Washington, D.C. area. Our permanent hybrid work schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office and Monday and Friday remote. All employees must be able to join and participate in business meetings within the normal working hours of the U.S. East Coast from 9:00 am-5:00 pm ET.
The communications team works on social media outreach, including providing graphics and content for LinkedIn, X, the EFIF website, and newsletter. Setting up, preparing materials, and supporting workshops and public events (in person and virtual) are also key components of the position.
