If so, you may be the perfect fit for the Consultant, Program Performance role in Ethiopia.
The Consultant, Program Performance in Ethiopia is responsible for supporting strategy coordination, strategic planning, and performance monitoring efforts to maintain the effectiveness of the Ethiopia country program for a 5 month duration. The role ensures that the Ethiopia Country Director and Director of Programs have the necessary information to oversee key programmatic and operational aspects. Additionally, this role collaborates closely with the Global Program Strategy and Performance Team to maintain alignment with standard strategic and performance practices. The Consultant will support program effectiveness through strategic planning coordination, outcome monitoring, grant oversight, and optimization of systems and processes.
This role is based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and is open to candidates who are located in and have work authorization in Ethiopia.
