Job Description

Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai / Gurgaon

Introduction to the Owned In-House Agency Team

The Owned In-House Agency Team supports the LinkedIn Owned Media team, which leads channel strategy, prioritization, and performance across Email and LinkedIn Ads. This team partners closely with Owned Media to bring campaigns to life at scale, ensuring high-quality execution and operational excellence across a complex portfolio. This includes driving execution of campaign builds, QA, and reporting insights based on the Owned Media team's strategy and priorities. This team also plays a key role in enabling efficiency and consistency through the use and enablement of technology, automation, and tooling -- delivering impact through execution, scalability, and continuous improvement within a high-performing marketing organization.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for executing day-to-day performance tracking, reporting, and analysis across Owned marketing channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders, this role supports visibility into channel performance by maintaining dashboards, analyzing trends, and ensuring data accuracy. The analyst will ensure accurate and timely reporting, and will play a key role in surfacing actionable insights and supporting optimization efforts to improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and update performance dashboards and recurring reports across Owned channels

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reporting tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards

Monitor channel performance and proactively flag trends, anomalies, or areas of concern

Analyze campaign and channel metrics to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations

Support stakeholders by delivering timely performance readouts and answering ad hoc data requests

Track and troubleshoot data issues across Owned tools and platforms, escalating when needed

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure proper data tracking, tagging, and reporting setup

Assist in documenting reporting processes and maintaining data governance best practices

Support implementation and QA of automated reporting solutions and analytics tools

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an analytics role

Experience with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.

Proven ability to translate business challenges into analytical frameworks.

Confident in managing stakeholder relationships and working independently.

Awareness of AI/ML concepts and their application in data analysis.
