We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager who is equal parts strategist and executor — someone who thrives on building campaigns that drive measurable growth and convert interest into action. What You’ll Do

As our Demand Generation Manager, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns designed to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and accelerate conversions from awareness to enrollment. You’ll work closely with performance marketing, content, product, and sales teams to deliver results across the entire learner journey.


Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, email, and partnership channels
  • Own the full campaign lifecycle — from planning, budgeting, and targeting to execution, optimization, and reporting
  • Implement audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized messaging and offers
  • Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to scale campaign impact and efficiency


Pipeline & Conversion Optimization

  • Develop nurture sequences and remarketing strategies to move leads through the funnel
  • Partner with sales/admissions teams to align on lead scoring, hand-off processes, and follow-up strategies
  • Continuously optimize CPL, CPA, and conversion rates at every funnel stage


Data, Testing & Reporting

  • Define KPIs for each campaign and channel; track performance daily and weekly
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, creatives, landing pages, and calls-to-action
  • Use data insights to refine targeting, creative, and budget allocation
  • Maintain clear, actionable performance dashboards for leadership and stakeholders


Collaboration & Growth

  • Work with content and creative teams to develop high-converting assets and lead magnets
  • Explore and pilot emerging channels and partnerships to drive new sources of demand
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and tactics to keep Nexford’s growth strategy innovative


Who You Are

You’re not just a campaign manager — you’re a growth architect. You’re data-obsessed, experiment-driven, and relentlessly focused on outcomes. You can zoom out to design the big picture and zoom in to tweak ad copy or UTM tags without missing a beat.


You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2C performance marketing
  • Proven track record of building campaigns that deliver high-quality leads at target CPL and conversion rates
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, display, email, SEO, and partnerships
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Expertise in campaign tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (GA4, ad platform analytics, spreadsheets)
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments
