We are looking for a motivated, proactive US-based freelance campaigner to support on key projects in 2026.

About You

You're a people-focused connector who builds trust easily and excels at nurturing communities. Your approach is personable, proactive, and supportive. You're passionate about work related to food, nutrition & health, enjoy working with creators / storytellers, and understand how to make social impact issues relevant to diverse audiences through cultural touchpoints.

Essential Qualities & Experience

  • Understanding of TikTok content creation and creator ecosystems, and of the overall digital media landscape
  • Experience building and nurturing online communities or creator networks, and  proven ability to develop trusted relationships quickly through direct outreach; familiarity with WhatsApp or similar platforms for community engagement
  • Previous work with content creators, especially in food, nutrition, health or adjacent fields, and existing connections in US creator communities
  • Experience planning, executing, optimizing & measuring multi-channel digital campaigns, and/or online or offline campaign activations
  • Experience working closely with creative teams to concept and execute online or offline campaign activations
  • Background in community management for purpose-driven campaigns
  • Knowledge and experience in food & nutrition or healthcare communication or advocacy, or a passion for making this topic accessible
  • Experience with senior level client management, and comfort with presenting and facilitating client meetings
  • Comfort with autonomously building and presenting decks and client-facing deliverables 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable communication style
  • Self-motivated with excellent organization and follow-through

About The Projects You’ll Potentially Work On: 

Food & Nutrition Influencer Program

Purpose is building a new global program that will empower a diverse set of TikTok creators to produce engaging, culturally relevant content that promotes healthier, more sustainable food choices while addressing both human health and environmental sustainability challenges. Purpose will manage the comprehensive creator program, developing the infrastructure, curriculum, and support systems needed to identify, vet, train, and coordinate food creators across markets. 

The program needs someone who can rapidly build relationships with creators and develop a vibrant community of food & nutrition storytellers. The ideal person will have strong client management experience to liaise with senior-level client leads and collaborate with partners in both the NGO and corporate brand space.

Dementia Awareness Campaign

Launched with a pilot phase in Fall 2025, Purpose has developed a campaign that seeks to dispel the widely held misconception that dementia = memory loss, and to raise awareness of early signs and symptoms among the general public. Building on the success and insights of the pilot campaign, Purpose will be beginning to scale and expand in 2026. This will be a multi-channel campaign involving numerous digital channels (paid search and social, digital display, trusted messenger partnerships, organic social & community management, etc.) and potentially some online or offline campaign activations.

The project needs someone who can lead campaign planning and execution, support development and execution of campaign activations, build relationships with creators, and help nurture and expand a vibrant community of messengers and partners around the campaign.
