The Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis (IEEFA) is seeking a talented Digital Content Specialist to support our South Asia research team in producing high-quality, engaging and interactive content.
As a Digital Content Specialist in South Asia, you will be part of the South Asia communications team to help elevate the design, reach, and accessibility of our work. You may also be required to support other regions where IEEFA operates. You will be a creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong background in digital content creation, report formatting, and multimedia production. You will bring a proactive approach and ‘can do’ attitude to help increase the impact and timeliness of our work.
You are expected to be self-motivated, proactive and a multitasker. Working as part of a remote team in India, you’ll be expected to be able to communicate effectively with other members of the team over a variety of mediums (video calls, Signal, G-suite, ClickUp, etc.), be comfortable with raising issues or questions along the way and provide insights into your work.
IEEFA is a NGO/non-profit that conducts research and analysis on financial and economic issues related to energy markets, trends, and policies. Headquartered in the United States, IEEFA has a team of 80+ analysts and communications personnel located in 16 countries across the globe. IEEFA produces a significant volume of original research, as well as ongoing analysis and reports on issues affecting energy industries. Compensation and Benefits
Full-time 12-month fixed-term employment contract with the option of extension by mutual agreement and a market competitive remuneration. Pay rates are also based on education, skill, experience level and internal equity.
Work Schedule
Full-time, 5 days/week, with occasional evening or weekend work as required.
Travel
Some travel is required. All team members attend IEEFA’s annual/regional conference and team retreat.
Physical Demand and Work Environment
Must be able to work for prolonged periods at a computer. Computer work can involve repetitive motion, eyestrain, back and neck strain.
